An RCIC is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant

Did you know that it is an offence under the College Act for an unlicensed individual to provide Canadian immigration or citizenship advice or services for compensation?

In order to legally provide Canadian Citizenship or Immigration Advice for a fee, an individual must be one of the following:

An RCIC in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
A member of the Canadian Law Society
A member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.

It is important to note that even outside Canada, Immigration Consultants who are providing Canadian Immigration and Citizenship Advice are subject to Canadian Law.
